Grief and loss

Grief is a word for the different feelings you experience when someone dies. But grief isn’t always about dying. It’s natural and healthy to grieve if a big change happens in your life, like moving far away, changing schools, or if your parents break up.

In this section, you will learn about losing someone, losing a pet, and healing after a loss. You will also learn how to help a friend.
