Different words for dating
When people are dating, they might say that they are “going out” or “going together,” or they might describe their relationship in other ways. Dating means you spend time together and have special feelings for each other.
Crushes
A crush is when you have special feelings for someone, like a classmate or friend. The feelings you have when you have a crush on someone can be confusing, especially at first. You might not know how to act around your crush. Part of you might want to know if your crush likes you, too. Another part of you might want to run away and hide! You might not know what to do when you have a crush, but it is always up to you. One idea is to tell your crush that you like them, or to spend more time getting to know them better. You can also just keep your feelings to yourself if you want.
